When I first got to know this TED talk on Youtube,

I was a college student at age 22.

I don't feel much connected with the speaker about identity capital or

leverage your weak tide...etc those psychologicial terminologies.

Obviously, that time, I was too young to understand the meaning beneath words.

This is my 20th day in Vietnam after being quaratined 14 days from hotel.

There's no peer pressure when it comes to office timing.

一如往常地，再拜訪完孟買的IT市場 - Lamington Road後，

我搭上一班擠滿似沙丁魚般水洩不通的下午五點尖峰區間火車回到宿舍。

還好8月中雨季剛結束。

雨季時做區間火車，雨勢大到區間火車的車廂門也得被迫關上，

我還記得大學某堂課所學到的一個理論: 赫茲伯格的雙因素理論(Two-factor theory)或動機理論。

一個人是否熱愛一份工作需要具備幾個動機要素(Motivation factor): 具有挑戰性的工作、得到認可、承擔更多責任與個人成長。

我們能從工作本身感覺自己的付出是有意義的。

平常我們所認為一份工作中的薪水、地位、工作穩定性、工作環境、公司福利等則是歸屬於保健因素(Hygiene factor)。

滿足以上的保健因素並不會使我們熱愛工作，充其量只是不討厭這份工作罷了。

The world is built up in the foundation of trust.

And it's good to have the feeling of trust from your surroundings.

When I was an expat in India,

I used to buy coke or chocolate from a small grocery shop nearby our office.

We've probably heard it a lot from Youtube TED motivational speakers,

but we have never uncover its true meaning beyond words & continuously to live the way we do unconsciously.

There are 2 types of friends I spend the most time with.

One are those who spend most of their money on traveling & believe that YOLO (You only live once),

I love the concept of "Dream Big" !

I was talking to one of my best friends yesterday about his plan of working in Thailand.

I simply asked him what kinds of job is he looking for or how he's gonna managing his expense,

he replied: "Well, I will fly to Bangkok after few months & try to find a language center & study Thai first.

In the meantime I will try to find a job in tech industry."

這禮拜，正式轉調越南。

禮拜一，

老闆指派我負責商用電腦，並市調越南的零售與線上通路。

我聯絡了目前負責越南商用電腦的同事J。

上禮拜四晚上，我和代理商PM H先生被邦加羅爾機場櫃台臨時告知飛機將延誤4.5個小時。

於是我們找了間西餐廳坐下來聊天。

H先生很熱心地與我分享他待了17年的印度(前三大)代理商R與其心路歷程。

H先生:「R代理商早期是以特許經營(Franchising;加盟連鎖)拓展各個分公司。」

「每間分公司為利潤中心(Profit Center)，自營虧損。」
